CitiPower and Powercor Australia are electricity distributors that provide power to over one million Victorians via two of Australia's most reliable electricity distribution lines. They own and manage the poles, wires meters and related infrastructure that deliver electricity to homes and businesses within Melbourne’s CBD, its suburbs and across central and western Victoria.

Beginning Requirements

The client came up with the requirement to use Salesforce as the CRM and SimPro as the job quote/ job


  • Merged two differents cloud based CRMA Simpro API was proposed to manage the data on both the cloud based CRM. This helps in capturing the information from both the sides. The Customer Consultative Committee.
  • Created SchedulerWe have developed a scheduler that updates the data after every 10minutes. This was done using Window Task scheduler C#. The data displayed on both the platform gets streamlined according to the changes made by the user
