Beginning RequirementsThe scope of this project was to display different Tableau reports/dashboards in Salesforce using the canvas app.
Solutions
- We did set up sparkler on the Tomcat server and Tableau on another server and enabled SSL certificate on both servers. To establish a connection between Sparkler and the Tableau server, we configured the sparkler server
- After establishing the connection, a canvas was created in Salesforce and stored canvas app secret keys in sparkler to establish the connection between Salesforce and Sparkler. Afterward, we created a visual force page to display the tableau dashboard through the canvas app.
